About the job.

Responsible for aligning all company communications, PR, social media, and marketing content to create a strong brand identity. You will be the first point of contact for online fans and followers, thus developing an intimate relationship with the online community. Must have a deep passion for social media, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strategic thinker. You must have an outgoing personality as in-person networking will also be part of the job.

Responsibilities.

  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
  • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
  • Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.
  • Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation.
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Provide engaging text/copies, image and video content for social media accounts.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Give directives to the creatives team for the artworks/social media content.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Report to the Marketing head and join the brainstorming sessions for content planning / strategic planning.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Answer all inquiries and DMs in all social media platforms (Facebook, IG, Website).
  • Outsourcing new influencers / suggesting new KOLs.
  • Maintains Social Media Accounts.
  • Copywriting background is a must.
